Return Requests: To initiate a return or inquire about refunds/exchanges, please contact us at info@agati.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Custom Orders: All custom pieces are final sale—no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the item price only.
Inspection & Refunds: Returned items will be inspected to ensure they’re in original condition before we approve a refund. If an item is deemed worn, damaged, or missing tags, it will be sent back to the customer, and a refund will not be issued.

International Shipping & Customs: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
We are legally required to declare the full value of all items and cannot mark orders as gifts.
If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
